Set Your Budget

For starters, we recommend establishing a realistic budget for your project. The cost can vary significantly depending on the style wish to achieve and the products we install. For example, light fixtures or faucets range in price from under $200 to over $2,000. In addition, some custom work will vary significantly from the price of standard installation procedures. With all of that being said, it is important to establish a budget, and then get a hold of a Senger Brothers sales rep to help you select your materials. 

Style and Scope

Once you have your budget, now it is the time to select your materials and discuss the design of your project. This is when you can break out your Pinterest account or your HGTV ideas, and share your vision with us. We take pride in bringing your dreams to reality, so during the planning phase we take detailed notes to ensure we capture your final image of the project. Once we have your design and scope of work in writing, we will help you order materials and supplies that will be needed for the project. 

Project Execution 

Regardless of the size of your remodeling project, our goal is to execute on-time, on-budget and to your satisfaction. Once your material arrives, we will begin installation and work towards completing the project based on the agreed upon timeframe and to your design specifications. A project manager will oversee the entire project to ensure each phase is completed correctly and on-time.
